By creating an account and using Brae AUTO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Brae AUTO is a content automation dashboard that orchestrates AI-assisted article generation, video sourcing, and multi-channel publishing (including YouTube and Facebook). The Service uses Google Gemini and other AI models to generate content. All AI-generated content is for informational and commercial automation purposes only.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particularly where third-party APIs (YouTube, Facebook, Google Gemini) are concerned.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use the Service in a way that circumvents usage limits. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the platform or violate these Terms.
You must not use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the content published through your account and for compliance with the terms of any connected platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
Automated access to the Service beyond what is provided by the platform itself is prohibited. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
Content generated by the Brae Auto AI pipeline is produced using large language models and may contain inaccuracies or errors. You accept responsibility for reviewing and approving content before publication. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content through your account.
Access to Pro features requires a paid subscription, billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months unless required by law.
Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of connected third-party services. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brae AUTO and its operators are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
